Our Story

It all begins with an idea and three talented women.
Three women, three incredible careers in operations, human resources, and sales leadership.

Their careers took them in different directions for years, to finally intersect in the world of staffing and recruiting. Each woman became a dynamic and driven placement expert. Each utilized their own strengths and styles to produce the same record breaking results for their respective firms. But all three saw a problem- the focus wasn’t people. The focus was money.

They perceived the world of staffing and headhunting to be abundant- potential for endless earnings, certainly- but for the potential to do good things. To help people. To make a difference.

For the candidates they would place: a personalized experience with a real human element. To be the recruiting firm candidates trust to be transparent, dedicated, and determined in finding them the perfect opportunity with a real sense of urgency. They, too, knew the feeling of being ghosted by a recruiter. For the candidates, this isn’t a numbers game- this is their LIVES. People need people, not machines. The founders wanted to bring the heart back to the industry.

For the companies that would sign: to be a trustworthy, tenacious ally in finding the ideal candidates expeditiously with total confidentiality. To become a partner in their organizations that truly understands the company needs, culture, and urgency… while still retaining competitive pricing. Taking care of their clients is a great way to build trust and referrals! Happy clients means more happy clients. So they combined their nearly 30 years of collective experience to create a better option.

The idea was simple. Don’t try to be the biggest or the fastest. Don’t be the cheapest and don’t be the most expensive. The idea was:

JUST BE THE BEST.

And so, Rogue Talent Group was born.
