-All recruiters are 1099 independent contractors at this time.
-All recruiters are 100% commission based only. Our commission pay structure is uncapped and does not reset annually.
-All recruiters must be based in the contiguous United States, and be legally authorized to work for any employer in the USA.
-You must be either a native-English speaker or have professional fluency in English.
-All candidates must have: a reliable telephone, a computer, and internet access. We do not provide these tools.
-All candidates must know or be able to quickly learn software and online tools used in the recruiting industry.
Rogue Talent Group does not:
-Require a minimum hourly work week
-Require punching in/out
-Require permission to take days off/vacations
We work 100% remotely and our recruiters determine their own schedules. However, we do ask minimum performance expectations are met.
