If you’ve arrived at this point, you’ve probably begun to get burnt out with filling out online applications over and over and over again. Upload your resume only to have to type it all in the spaces that the company’s AI program couldn’t recognize. It gets dull and redundant. Quite discouraging.

Because our Reverse Recruiting services are performed by certified recruiters, we know the best ways to input information into online application fields, the proper ways to format your resume for best parsing results, and the most effective ways to gain the attention of hiring managers.

Next, once an interview has been set, the next portion of our service will get you prepped for the interview. We will discuss your talking points, probable questions the hiring manager will ask you, and get you comfortable and confident enough to knock it out of the park.

Most companies charge $3000+ a month for this service and anything additional like career coaching, resume review/writing is extra. Or, they charge depending on the career level you’re at. The higher up the corporate chain, the higher the fee.
That isn’t how we operate. The fee is the same because the service is the same. We don’t price gauge for a higher potential salary.

Our service is a flat $999 per month and includes your resume creation or rewrite/edit. There is no minimum number of months and we are able to divide the fee into smaller payments if needed.
